how I am
How it started
The program is designed and delivered by Marco Cotena, award-winning (multi-medallist) weightlifting teacher and senior personal trainer in FIPE - FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA PESISTICA (Italian Weightlifting Federation). Graduated in Sports Science, he’s getting a degree in Sciences and techniques of preventive and adapted motor activities and he’s currently earning a master’s degree in Exercise physiology and endurance performance. He’s also a weightlifting coach and CrossFit trainer specialized in Olympic Weightlifting.

Strength is a physical capacity, defined as the ability to overcome an external resistance or to oppose it with muscle commitment.
It is the system made of bones, joints and muscles, functionally integrated with each other.
The fitness level can be measured through four skills: endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.
The same trained and improved, lead over time to a general status of wellness, all combined with a healthy and balanced nutritional program and adequate rest.
WORKSHOP: Weightlifting study and practice
Through theoretical and practical lessons, we will analyze all the Olympic lifts stages, we will study the points of performance of these movements and deal with common mistakes and how to correct them.
