One to One method

The One to One method (Online and face-to-face) allows you to get a personalized approach to training. Considering the customer needs, we will perform tests to evaluate the current fitness level and preparation and we will shed light on any weaknesses or technical issues to be corrected.

1RM TABLE

Analysis of exercises and 1RM search of each exercise.

VIDEO CHECK

Video analysis of each exercise to point out mistakes and weaknesses, useful to create the most suitable program.

SENDING THE PROGRAM

Every weekend you will receive your updated weekly training program.

MONITORING

Saving progress and monitoring of technical improvements and acquired strength.

After that, we will create a personalized program, which will take into account all the possible variables (the time available, the preparation, the level, the goals to be achieved), Coach Marco Cotena will be at your disposal 365 days a year, always ready to help you with your requests and your doubts, giving you immediate feedback and guiding you step by step along our training.
