The Workshop Method

The Workshop method consists of lessons dedicated to the study and practice of the Weightlifting technique.

Through theoretical and practical lessons, we will analyze all the Olympic lifts stages, we will study the performance points of these movements and deal with common mistakes and how to correct them.

Lessons will be structured through lectures and demonstration of the exercises, followed by the practice of the exercises by the participants, who will be guided through the correct Olympic lifts execution.

We will analyze the technique of the exercises and the points of performance.

Demo

Demonstration of the correct technical execution of the exercises

Practice

You will practice exercises just studied, always under the Coach supervision.

Review

Review of the topics discussed and space for questions, common mistakes and corrections.

You will have the opportunity to work on the technique to improve your movements, or for the most experienced, you will have the opportunity to increase the performance.

For this reason the course is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners, who approach the barbell for the first time, up to the most experienced athletes.

You will be issued a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop.
